Return Policy
At Lab Coat, we are committed to providing high-quality car cleaning chemicals and products. Due to the nature of our items, and for safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been shipped.
Exceptions for Damaged Products
The only exception to our no-return policy is in the case of items that arrive damaged. If your order is damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace the affected products at no additional cost.
How to Report a Damaged Product
To be eligible for a replacement, please follow these steps:
  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  2. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, take clear photos of:
- The outer shipping box (including any shipping labels).
- The damaged product(s) clearly showing the issue.
- Any internal packaging materials.Â
  3. Email the photos to Support@LabCoatSystem.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
  4. Include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and your preferred shipping address for the replacement.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement as soon as possible.
